What type of information does COLLABORATE collect?
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

COLLABORATE does not store any personal or sensitive user data on its own servers. We utilize the industry standard third party Google Analytics service to collect certain information about our visitors to better understand their experience. These information include the users' time spent on our site, session length and frequency, return rate, technical information such as browser type, version, screen resolution and more. We don't collect any device identifier or personal information, IP addresses are anonymized before transmitted. Every information that is collected is highly encrypted.

Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. What does COLLABORATE do with the information collected?
We look at the aggregated usage statistics to better understand where COLLABORATE needs improving, monitor overall speed issues and error rates. We look at what devices, browsers and resolutions to support. We consider language and other locale information to determine what possible localizations would be most useful to our users and to improve the extension functionality in different geographics.
Usage
The above mentioned data will be used to improve the user experience of COLLABORATE in general. The data is aggregated and anonymized when used for internal operations. This happens only for the purpose of improving the functionality of COLLABORATE directly. At all times, COLLABORATE acts in accordance to privacy and other legal requirements. We are never collecting personalized date of share data with any third party. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How do I opt out?
You can opt out of the Google Analytics service. Other than that you can always opt out by uninstalling our software. You can also opt-out from being tracked by Google Analytics with effect for the future by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Addon for your current web browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en or you can uninstall this extension.
Commerce
Your personal identifiable data is never bartered or sold for commercial gain.

Information We Get When You Use Our Platform
Automatically Collected Data
Certain types of data are automatically logged into our systems when you use or connect with SARISKA on any of the platforms. SARISKA follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. We do not receive the information about which sites you use before and after using our service. We also get information about your network such as your IP address and device. Our servers have access to this information. However, that being said, we do not voluntarily store any of it.
Note: SARISKA does not collect or gather information from any third-party tools or websites.
How does SARISKA use Google's Data?
We use Google Calendar API to fetch the Calendar functionality and so that the user can have complete control over scheduling or cancelling thier meetings. This allows allows the user to view or update Calendar events. We also make use of Google’s Youtube API in order to enable the use their Youtube account and stream their meetings/collaborations directly. Sariska does not retain this information or access any other information related to your Google Account.

SARISKA will occasionally send email notices or contact you to communicate about its Services, products and benefits, as they are considered an essential part of the Website/Services/Products you have chosen.

SARISKA uses end to end encryption ensuring a maximum security. We sustain stringent measures to protect you and your information from threats, fraudulent activities and unauthorized access. This includes sharing of passwords, keys and other sensitive information.

SARISKA is based in India, which means the information we collect may be processed and stored within the Indian subcontinent. If you live outside of India and choose to use SARISKA, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in other jurisdictions that may have different data protection frameworks than your region. We will retain information as long as it is required by law.
