Thank you for using SARISKA.  This privacy policy was drafted with the sole purpose of being completely transparent with you about how we handle information. What type of information does COLLABORATE collect?

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.

COLLABORATE does not store any personal or sensitive user data on its own servers. We utilize the industry standard third party Google Analytics service to collect certain information about our visitors to better understand their experience. These information include the users' time spent on our site, session length and frequency, return rate, technical information such as browser type, version, screen resolution and more. We don't collect any device identifier or personal information, IP addresses are anonymized before transmitted. Every information that is collected is highly encrypted.

Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

Device Data: We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the devic e used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

What does COLLABORATE do with the information collected?

We look at the aggregated usage statistics to better understand where COLLABORATE needs improving, monitor overall speed issues and error rates. We look at what devices, browsers and resolutions to support. We consider language and other locale information to determine what possible localizations would be most useful to our users and to improve the extension functionality in different geographics.

Usage

The above mentioned data will be used to improve the user experience of COLLABORATE in general. The data is aggregated and anonymized when used for internal operations. This happens only for the purpose of improving the functionality of COLLABORATE directly. At all times, COLLABORATE acts in accordance to privacy and other legal requirements. We are never collecting personalized date of share data with any third party. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.‍

How do I opt out?

You can opt out of the Google Analytics service. Other than that you can always opt out by uninstalling our software. You can also opt-out from being tracked by Google Analytics with effect for the future by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Addon for your current web browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en or you can uninstall this extension.

Commerce

Your personal identifiable data is never bartered or sold for commercial gain.

Advertising

Your personal data is never given or sold to advertisers or otherwise used for marketing purposes.

Law Enforcement

Data is given to law enforcement only when legal process is followed.

You provide us with information with one or more following ways:

• We have access to information such as how long you use our service. We do not collect information about your interaction with and on SARISKA.
• We retain information when you chat through SARISKA. This information is used to keep your chats and go back to them anytime, that is of course, till the time you decide to delete it.
• We do not collect information about the content you create, view or share while collaborating.
• We may collect cookies to enhance your user experience.
• As is true for most online applications, SARISKA also collects other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide. As of now, we do not ask nor require for any additional permissions from your side.

Automatically Collected Data

Certain types of data are automatically logged into our systems when you use or connect with SARISKA on any of the platforms. SARISKA follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. We do not receive the information about which sites you use before and after using our service. We also get information about your network such as your IP address and device. Our servers have access to this information. However, that being said, we do not voluntarily store any of it.

Note: SARISKA does not collect or gather information from any third-party tools or websites.

How does SARISKA use Google's Data?

We use Google Calendar API to fetch the Calendar functionality and so that the user can have complete control over scheduling or cancelling thier meetings. This allows allows the user to view or update Calendar events. We also make use of Google’s Youtube API in order to enable the use their Youtube account and stream their meetings/collaborations directly. Sariska does not retain this information or access any other information related to your Google Account.

How does SARISKA use my Information?

Our Services allow you to stay informed about news, events and ideas regarding professional topics that might interest you. SARISKA will occasionally send email notices or contact you to communicate about its Services, products and benefits, as they are considered an essential part of the Website/Services/Products you have chosen.

We use the information to:

• Analyze, enhance and maintain our products/services to their optimum.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our reach.
• Understand and acknowledge how you use our services in order to deliver the best services to you.
• Develop and research for new products, services, features, and functionality.

Does SARISKA share my Information?

• With other users: This includes information about you, for example your name along with whatever you share with other users in a meeting. It includes the shareable link, your audio visuals and the chat that you share. It also includes all the content you post or share.

• With compliance to law: SARISKA may share information as required by the law. There may be legal requirements to store your data, if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve and retain content, if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account or content created by you is flagged by our automated systems for abuse or other violations. Subsequently, we may also hold on to certain information in backup for a stipulated period of time or as required by law.

• We do not share information with third parties or affiliates.

How secure is my Information?

SARISKA uses end to end encryption ensuring a maximum security. We sustain stringent measures to protect you and your information from threats, fraudulent activities and unauthorized access. We work relentlessly to safeguard your data, but the internet can sometimes be unreliable. Hence, we advise our users to take caution regarding the information they share online. This includes sharing of passwords, keys and other sensitive information.

How do we process Data?

SARISKA is based in India, which means the information we collect may be processed and stored within the Indian subcontinent. If you live outside of India and choose to use SARISKA, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in other jurisdictions that may have different data protection frameworks than your region. We will retain information as long as it is required by law. SARISKA believes that by registering with it, you are expressly consenting to its collection, processing, storing, disclosing and handling of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us. If you reside outside India your information will be transferred, processed and stored in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of India.
